I’ve been following the state map that was posted in Discord and did’t realize just how many states have bills purposed for sweepstakes ban. We are already down to 33 states. With all the states cracking down, do yall think sweepstakes casinos be banned in the majority of states in the next year?

Hard to say for sure but between the lawsuits and states wanting their cut it seems like the sweeps loophole keep closing. Eventually theyll get squeezed out everywhere and states will require full regulation. This is my uneducated opinion tho, I have no idea if it will be in the next year. Im in GA and can still play everything but my sister in Illinois got booted a few months ago.
