Which online casino games give the best payout odds?

I was wondering this bc at first glance it seems like most of the sites have original games like Keno, Dice, Tower, ect that advertize 97%-99% rtp. However I seem to normally get wrecked on these in-house style “mini games” and seemingly do better playing slots that supossed have a lower 94-96% RTP. Do you guys really feel like the odds are that much better on the originals?

Ehh, I think there’s more to consider than just which game has the highest RTP or best odds.

For example, do you actually enjoy playing originals like Keno? If the answer is no, then don’t play them just for the sake of getting a 3% higher RTP or whatever. Volatility is usually the bigger driving force in the short term anyway. A slot with an 85% RTP could still pay you a huge jackpot.

Just look at land-based casinos in Vegas. Slots on the Strip can have RTPs as low as 87%, and people still hit jackpots on them every day. The RTP is based on theoretical millions of spins. UK Gaming Commission has a good article showing how its calculated

It’s definitely good to understand the house edge and your expected cost, especially with table games where certain side bets can carry an extremely high edge. But at the end of the day, play what you actually enjoy.

If you’re truly looking for the game with the best payout odds, it’s probably video poker. It’s rare, but you can find some land-based video poker games with over 100% RTP with perfect play, and many others sit somewhere in the 99% range.

I haven’t found many great sites for video poker online, but most platforms have at least single-line video poker in their “originals” lineup. JacksClub advertises theirs at 99%.

But then again, if you don’t enjoy playing video poker, what are we even doing, ya know? Lol

Personally, I really like blackjack and baccarat as lower volatility table games with solid odds for the player. Just stay away from the sucker side bets.

Thanks for the great write up! That all makes sense bc I can grind on a slot for a while and feel like I’m getting some play in but keno can just do compleatly nothing for way too long. The higher RTP sounds attractive at first glance but hasnt translated into results for me. My sample size is pretty small tho realitvly speaking. Ill keep sticking to the slots I like and call it a day.

I have never played video poker but kinda interested to atleast try it out. They still have a few of the coin operated ones at my local casino. All the oldies gravitate towards them haha! Thanks again for your response!! @bigjackpots
