Alright, so I decided to test my luck on Shining Hot 5 by Pragmatic—went in with 200 spins at $1.00 a spin, just to see if this stripped-down, old-school fruit slot had anything juicy to offer.
Spoiler alert: it did not. 
I didn’t hit any bonus rounds—which, to be fair, is kind of the theme with these classic-style games.
