I decided to give Gates of Olympus Xmas 1000 by Pragmatic a whirl, hoping Zeus would drop some snowy holiday blessings my way. I spun it 200 times at $1.00 per spin, fully expecting a sleigh full of multipliers and gifts… but let’s just say Zeus was feeling a little Grinchy this time around. 
Bonus rounds were nowhere to be found—literally zero in the entire session. Not even a tease that got me close. I kept thinking, “Surely the next one, right?” Nope. That golden gate stayed locked tight.
My biggest base game win was $15.90, which comes out to a 15.9x multiplier, so got some decent hits in the base game, but nothing crazy. A few tumbles here and there kept me semi-hopeful, but nothing ever snowballed into a big win.
At the end of the session, I ended up losing $100.80, which was a bit of a lump of coal in the ol’ stocking. 
Honestly, I still love the Gates vibes (especially with the festive twist), but this one just didn’t hit for me.
Still, if you’re a fan of Zeus and want to see him in holiday mode, it’s worth a few spins. Just hope you’re on his Nice List, unlike me!
