I’ve been playing on Gamba for a while and never been kyc’d, withdrawals have been instant for me. I’ve seen a few reddit threads about this and im still confused. Has anyone been requested to provide kyc with gamba? If they do, and you provide your US info what happens? I know the terms say they can, but has anyone here actually had it happen? Or is it just one of those things where they technically can but never do unless you do something stupid? Thx!!
Hey @2diamond_handz they can and have asked for kyc before but normally under suspicious circumstances like money laundering or using coin mixers. I asked support about this a few years back when I was getting into no kyc casinos. They told me any single withdraw request over 10,000 will trigger kyc but under regular circumstances, and under 10k, its no kyc. I’ve wagered quite a bit there over the years and have hit a few nice payouts and have never been asked. Keep your withdraws under 10k and dont do anything shady and you will be fine. With that said, theres always additional risk playing at a vpn friendly casino. I wouldnt keep a bunch of money stored there long-term.
All good info to know. Sounds like im good then, ive never had an issue before. I’ll just try not to do anything stupid lol. I appreciate the response!
Its a vpn friendly site so they dont kyc unless its some money laundering concerns or something sketch. I’ve been on here a few years and never ran into kyc issues. I use Norway on the VPN and cash outs have been instant for me.
I use Gamba pretty regularly and the short answer is yes, they can ask. They have a strong reputation for not tho and I’ve never been asked myself, but their terms do allow it. Just don’t make multiple accounts or do anything sketchy like money laundering lmao!
