So I really need some help. I’ve had a pending redemption with Mega Bonanaza since December 10th, 2024 for $400.00. I’ve been in constant contact with their support. I reach out to their chat a few times a week. They tell me nothing more is needed, that the batch my redemption is part of is behind and taking longer than usual to process. But something just doesn’t seem right. I’ve checked Reddit and there are numerous other people stating that they submitted a redemption on December 10th also and they still haven’t been paid either! But I also see people from before and even after December 10th saying how they submitted their redemptions and have already received their money. Support tells me literally the same generic automated responses every time I contact them! I feel like it’s time I contact someone else at this point. But who? And how? I’ve left a negative trust pilot review already. Didn’t phase Mega Bonanza at all. Idk what to do.

Wow that’s really weird! I’ve never heard of it taking that long. Since that site is owned by B2 Services, It’s widely accepted as being a reputable place. Did they request any additional type of card verification or anything? You’re right, something’s definitely not right from a redemption put in over 2 months ago.
Nope, I’ve asked several times if there is anything additional that they might need from me including verifications of any kind … they tell me they dont need anything and that I’m fully verified. Do you know who handles their payouts? One of the support reps let it slip that my redemption was in its final phase and that it was no longer in their hands as it was sent to the team that handles their payouts. Which I am assuming is also why they tell me I am unable to cancel it. Someone else that also submitted a redemption on Dec 10th that I found sifting thru reddit had the chat tell them that they send their redemptions to this other “team” in batches and that there was an influx in redemption requests on Dec 10th which has caused a delay? Ill attach the screenshot. Do you know who I can contact regarding this? Ive never had anything like this happen before, can they really not pay me … I mean i suppose they can do whatever they want … but legally, can they? I know there has got to be someone who I can reach out to! Also, it took going down a rabbit hole for a few hours and then a few more hours of additional digging, but I am about 90% sure that the company “Mass Pay” is who handles their redemptions and send them out. But I cant find any contact information for them. Or B2 Services actually. ANY SUGGESTIONS?!
Wow, sounds like maybe someone hit a sizeable jackpot on that day and its caused a freeze on the whole day. Its unacceptable but wondering if something like that happened. I bet you will get it eventually but geez thats insanely long to wait.
