I was playing on click casino until I relized while spinning RIP City by hacksaw that the RTP showed like 92% in the game settings!!? I was playing the same game on Pulsz or one of the other ones and I remember it being like 96 something enhanced.
Does anyone know if theres a way to tell the rtp presets for different game providers other than hacksaw? I cant find them on every game, only some. If so, has anyone has done the research and know which sweepstakes casinos are using the highest pre-set rtp settings?
What you’re noticing is very real. Most of the big providers have a pre-set range of RTP settings that the casino can choose from. Hacksaw, BGaming, 3 Oaks, Booming Games, etc. all charge a percentage-based fee based on theoretical loss (Total Action × House Edge).
Because sweepstakes casinos already get hit with additional expenses from things like AMOE, their margins are a little tighter. I’ve noticed it’s generally harder to find sweeps casinos running the maximum RTP settings.
Some games don’t display their RTP, but I’ll put together an example so you can see this firsthand.
I used Le Pharaoh in all examples and screenshotted directly from the game rules on the site
One thing to note, there are some sites like MyPrize that have the RTP settings hidden. Anytime I see this, I assume they are running the minimum of 92.43% but impossible to identify on these sites. Most sites display the info on Hacksaw games. Ill show you an example of that below:
Notice how example 2 completely skips over the RTP part? Its hard to say but I would assume minimum settings in cases like this.
We have a list pinned here with all of the reputable sweepstakes casinos. It gets updated regularly but does not show RTP for each site. Maybe thats a future update. Thanks for starting this thread @VHSKid87! Interested to hear thoughts from others on this.
On most sites you can find the info buried in Game settings. If they don’t show it, I would recommend reaching out to Support of that site and asking them.
What you’re already doing is what I was doing while Sweepstakes casinos were legal here - playing the same game on multiple sites (for me it was Lucky Ducky by BGaming). It helps to remember that RTP is averaged out across ALL spins by ALL players, not just you.
After doing some research I have found that MegaBonanza, CCC, High 5 Casino, and Spin Blitz have the highest RTP‘s of the SSC’s. Of these Social casinos I’m seeing the highest RTP’s are coming from the providers; Relax Gaming, NetEnt, BGaming, Pragmatic, Ruby Play, and Hacksaw. Each of these providers having an average RTP of 96 to 97.5%.
it depends on the game for me. i will say i play one game everywhere i can Circus Joker 4096 and let me tell you the rtp varies the boss it seems to be the worst and on like tang which i cant use anymore it was the best for me. luck party it seems pretty good but i recently found it on rebet and the dogg house and it’s pretty good there. honestly i dont get rtp that much but it also lists the volality at different levels between sites
Absolutely high5 does highest rtp from my experience even though I don’t play there anymore. I remember it was so freaking important to them a couple years ago when I played there heavily that they told us to report to them if we found a higher rtp elsewhere on a game they had because they advertised having the highest available. I’ve known about the rtp stuff for years and I too assume that for sites that hide it, its loooow to the floor. You definitely feel it. I just can’t stand conspiracy theorist morons who run around shouting that because they won so much, the site turned their individual account rtp down severely and nonsense like that (When not said as a joke obviously). Nothing irks me more than ignorant morons when the accurate information is readily available. That stuff would only be possible on house-developed and hosted games and even then, absurd.
My only true question is how games like playson and such make it. Those games bonus/feature incredibly consistently and pay incredibly well as such they are favorites amongst us players. Really curious where and what is the win for sites to carry them because you’d kinda assume they’d be like a loss leader almost with that rtp.
I don’t play much for slots but the ones I click on are usually something absurd like “hot now rtp 114%” so if anyone can help me understand that part that would be cool. If I win more than I put in all the time that’s the key right? Lol
Other than that I think that some providers allow you to change volatility’s so the rtp would change also I imagine.
Appreciate the breakdown man, that Le Pharaoh comparison was eye opening. I didnt even think about sites just hiding the RTP in the rules. Kinda shady if they are running the minimum and not showing it. Guess Ill be checking the game settings on any new site I try from now on.
Ive noticed the same thing on High 5. Their slots seem to pay better than some other sites Ive tried. The rolling VIP system is a real pain though. I dropped a tier after a slow month and it took forever to get back up.
